Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of assigned trainees. Bonus Structure: Monthly Performance Bonuses: uncapped, rewarded for impact. Sign‑On Bonus: up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: earn bonus pay for supervising RBTs pursuing Master’s in ABA. Certification Bonuses: rewarded for each therapist certified under your supervision. Relocation Packages available. 401(k) with Company Match. Scheduling and Work‑Life Balance Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year. Training & Development: Join Dr. Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Training in evidence‑based ABA practice. Research & Innovation: Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute. Clinical Guidance: Guided by Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team. Education and Support Continuing Education: Minimum 10+ free CEUs per year, extra funds for additional training, 2 paid days off for CEU events.
