About the Job
Our client is building a global consumer neobank. We're merging international banking and payments into a single product. Our mission is to enable all of our customers around the world to spend, save and earn in USD. We'll be starting the US and select international markets with ambitions to scale far beyond.
Our client built by a small group of highly experienced operators and engineers. We're a small, senior-only team, with no layers, politics, or slow decisions. We've built, founded, and owned services used by hundreds of millions of people and generating billions in revenue. Green is the next step and mass distribution is readily available via our day-one partners. Every person on the team ships product and shapes the direction of the company.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Staff iOS Engineer to lead mobile client development. The product will also include Android and mobile friendly web applications, creating opportunities to expand impact across platforms.
You will architect the iOS stack, establish engineering standards, and build a high performance, reliable, and secure application from the ground up. This role may evolve into a mobile engineering lead position as the team scales.
Requirements
- Five plus years of experience building and shipping consumer-facing iOS applications
- Strong expertise in native iOS development using Swift
- Experience building applications for Latin American markets
- Experience in financial technology
- Full stack engineering experience with the ability to collaborate across backend and frontend teams
