Texas Organ Sharing Alliance (TOSA) is seeking a full-time Organ Recovery Coordinator in McAllen, Texas. This role involves evaluating organ donor referrals, coordinating recovery procedures, and ensuring optimal outcomes for donor families and recipients. Ideal candidates hold an RN License and have strong teamwork and communication skills. Responsibilities also include participation in education and quality meetings.
