Job Description
Occupational Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide exceptional therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. The ideal candidate will work in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines, to assist patients in developing and restoring functional independence.

Responsibilities:

Implement therapy interventions as outlined in the Occupational Therapist's plan of care.
Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist with educational efforts for patients and their families.
Communicate patient status and updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Active state COTA license or the ability to obtain one.
Strong teamwork and patient care skills.
