REGISTERED NURSE

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver specialized nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor progress toward rehab goals. You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, patient‑centered care and timely discharges. RNs also educate patients and families on recovery, document care accurately in the EMR, and help maintain a nurturing, high-quality, and compliant care environment with opportunities for professional growth.
