Nurse Practitioner

We’re Hiring: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – ENT | Toms River, NJ Ear, Nose & Throat of New Jersey is seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing practice in Toms River, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for an advanced practice provider interested in building expertise in otolaryngology while working alongside an experienced and collaborative clinical team. ENT experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate. Position Highlights 401(k) with profit sharing Paid time off (PTO) Supportive, physician-led practice Hands-on ENT training and mentorship Opportunity for long-term professional growth Responsibilities Evaluate and treat new and established ENT patients Perform histories, physical examinations, and follow-up visits Diagnose and manage common ear, nose, throat, sinus, and allergy conditions Order and review appropriate diagnostic testing Develop treatment plans in collaboration with our physicians Perform office-based procedures within training and scope of practice Provide patient education and coordinate ongoing care Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Current or eligible for New Jersey licensure Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Commitment to providing excellent patient care ENT experience is a plus, but not required We’re looking for someone who wants to become a long-term member of our team and grow with our practice.
