Are you a motivated leader looking for an exciting opportunity in automotive management? RNR Tire Express is seeking a full-time General Manager to lead our store, develop a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What We Offer

• $50,000-$70,000 salary during training

• $3,000 sign-on bonus

• Post-training earning potential of $65,000-$130,000 , including bonuses

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

• Flexible schedule and availability

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods

What You'll Do

As a General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance and success of your store. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating, and developing a team of 8-12 employees

• Recruiting and training new team members

• Driving sales and maximizing store profitability

• Achieving personal and store sales goals

• Managing accounting, service, collections, and inventory

• Delegating responsibilities effectively

• Maintaining operational standards and exceptional customer service

• Evaluating team performance and providing ongoing coaching

• Ensuring a positive, productive, and customer-focused store environment
