Automation Project Manager - Ohio - 12 months Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for an Automation Project Manager to support this project and help deliver this world-class program. What you’ll deliver: Lead and coordinate automation project activities, ensuring successful deployment and operational readiness across multiple sites. Establish and maintain project governance, including action tracking, dependency management, risk mitigation and escalation processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Automation Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Equipment Vendors and Programme Management. Oversee readiness planning and deployment activities for automation platforms, infrastructure, equipment and manufacturing operations. Prepare and present project status updates, readiness dashboards, milestone reports and leadership communications. Drive stakeholder engagement and accountability, ensuring actions, risks, issues and dependencies are effectively managed through to completion. What you’ll need: Experience of project management experience supporting technical, engineering, infrastructure, automation, or manufacturing projects. Demonstrated experience coordinating large cross-functional teams. Strong experience with risk, issue, action, and dependency management.
