Rethink First
About RethinkFirst RethinkFirst was founded in 2007 with a mission to provide scalable, evidence-based autism treatment training tools and caregiver supports to an underserved population. In 2010, Rethink launched its first solution, a suite of special needs and behavior management offerings, to support K-12 education. Over time, we expanded our offerings to support the entire behavioral health community by adding solutions in the employer (RethinkCare), provider (RethinkBH), and payor (RethinkFutures) industries, and to drive whole child wellness and success in education (RethinkEd). Today, we are proud to have almost 500 team members supporting more than 2,000 customers worldwide as we work together to strengthen our communities and help every individual reach their potential. RethinkFirst is transforming the behavioral health landscape by inspiring and empowering individuals with behavioral health challenges and those who support them. We continue to invest in data science, analytics, and technology that improve outcomes and enable value-based care. Job Summary RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This is a hands-on role that will manage the content management system, publishing intake, releases, technical health, accessibility, and search readiness of our web properties. The Website Manager will partner closely with Performance Marketing, Creative and Brand, Content, Marketing Operations, and technical partners to turn business requirements into reliable website experiences without duplicating paid-media or attribution strategy ownership. Job Duties Own day-to-day administration of the content management system, including pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows, and content structure. Manage a clear intake and prioritization process for website requests across business lines, translating approved needs into realistic plans and release schedules. Build and update pages and landing pages using established components; coordinate with designers, developers, and agencies when new functionality or deeper technical changes are required. Lead website quality assurance and release readiness, including content accuracy, responsive behavior, accessibility, links, forms, tracking, browser compatibility, and post-launch checks. Monitor and improve website health, performance, uptime, Core Web Vitals, redirects, crawlability, metadata, structured content, and other technical SEO fundamentals. Maintain website forms and routine integrations, troubleshoot issues, and document technical requirements clearly for internal or external development partners. Implement and maintain website-side requirements for campaign tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests defined in partnership with Performance Marketing and Marketing Operations. Create practical web governance, documentation, and reusable processes that reduce bottlenecks and make ownership, approvals, and standards clear. Use analytics, Search Console, and site-quality tools to identify issues and improvement opportunities, sharing concise recommendations with stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, information systems, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites and publishing through a modern CMS such as WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Contentful, or a comparable platform. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and the ability to diagnose common front-end, template, form, and integration issues. Practical experience with technical SEO, website accessibility, responsive design, redirects, page performance, and release quality assurance. Experience using web analytics and site-health tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, or comparable platforms. Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to triage requests, clarify scope, manage dependencies, and coordinate external partners. Strong documentation, problem-solving, and follow-through skills in a multi-brand or multi-business environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B software, healthcare, behavioral health, education technology, or another regulated industry. Experience supporting consent-management tools, tag-management implementation, form integrations, or website experimentation platforms. Familiarity with JavaScript, DNS and domain management, content governance, and AI-supported web quality or publishing workflows.
