Asociado de Línea de Producción – Charcutería
Ubicación: Riviera Beach, FL
Horario: Tiempo completo | Lunes a Viernes | Turnos flexibles disponibles
Pago: Tarifa por hora competitiva, según experiencia
Estamos buscando asociados de línea de producción con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo en la industria alimenticia. Este rol se enfoca en la preparación y el ensamblaje de productos de charcutería (carnes, quesos y artículos especiales) en un ambiente de línea de producción de ritmo rápido.
Como parte de nuestro equipo, usted se asegurará de que los productos se ensamblen, empaquen y etiqueten de acuerdo con los estándares de la empresa, manteniendo siempre la seguridad y la calidad alimentaria.
Responsabilidades- Ensamblar productos de charcutería en la línea de producción siguiendo recetas y especificaciones.
- Pesar, porcionar y empacar carnes, quesos y productos relacionados.
- Inspeccionar productos para verificar calidad, consistencia y presentación.
- Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y segura, cumpliendo con todas las normas de seguridad y sanidad alimentaria (HACCP, GMP).
- Operar equipos básicos de producción (rebanadoras, selladoras, básculas, máquinas de etiquetado).
- Apoyar en tareas de inventario, empaque y envío según sea necesario.
- Trabajar en equipo para cumplir metas y plazos de producción.
- Experiencia previa en producción, procesamiento o empaque de alimentos (requerida).
- Capacidad para estar de pie durante largos períodos de tiempo durante el turno.
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 40 lbs (18 kg).
- Conocimiento de prácticas de manejo y seguridad alimentaria (deseable).
- Atención al detalle y capacidad para seguir instrucciones.
- Actitud positiva y disposición para trabajar en equipo.
- Bilingüe (inglés/español) es una ventaja.
