RBT - Flexible, Part-Time/Per Diem
Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Easton, Pennsylvania. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs.
About the Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, individualized ABA therapy services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing evidence-based ABA programs and strategies to support skill development and real-world outcomes
Monitoring and recording client progress, sharing results with BCBA supervisors to inform treatment plans
Providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for clients and families
Collaborating with BCBA supervisors to develop and modify treatment plans as needed
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client services and progress
