Professional Dental Office ManagerProfessional Dental is now hiring an experienced bilingual (English and Spanish) office manager for our Riverton office with Open Dental knowledge.The Dental Office Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the dental office, including supervising staff, managing patient flow, handling financial and administrative tasks, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.We at Professional Dental are looking for patient-focused office managers that have the desire and willingness to provide the best possible care to every patient. Being adaptable and a team player will be essential to your work at Professional Dental.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the activities of the dental office staff, including receptionists, dental assistants, and hygienistsManage patient flow and schedule appointments, ensuring that the office runs efficiently and that patients are seen in a timely mannerHandle financial and administrative tasks, such as managing insurance claims and billing, preparing financial reports, and maintaining patient recordsPurchase supplies and equipment as needed, and maintain inventory levelsOversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the officeCommunicate with patients and staff, and resolve any issues or concerns that may ariseImplement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with dental regulations and standardsStay up-to-date on the latest developments in dentistry and office management best practicesJob Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent+3 years experience working in a dental office, with knowledge of dental terminology and proceduresExperience working with Open DentalExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage and supervise staff effectivelyProficiency with computer programs (Office and Open Dental)Attention to detailWell-organized and reliable Professional Dental & Orthodontics
