About the Role:

HOMECARE RESCUE LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our growing team in Wesley Chapel, FL. HHA will work on a PRN basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing essential care and support in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Monitor and document changes in client health, behavior, or condition and report to supervisors

Assist with light housekeeping duties including laundry, meal preparation, and tidying living spaces

Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed

Administer medication reminders and assist with non-medical personal care tasks

Transport or accompany clients to medical appointments and errands as required

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA, or caregiver preferred

Valid HHA certification or willingness to obtain one is a plus

CPR and First Aid certification preferred

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Familiar with Wellsky EMR
