Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance SupervisorWe are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to plan, direct, controls, staffs and manages plant operation and maintenance of facility to ensure a safe and comfortable plant environment by instituting plans of preventive and corrective maintenance to strive to eliminate plant failure in order to maintain a high standard of health care service.Schedules, evaluates and staffs work on preventive, corrective and projects maintenance work on a weekly work sheet. To maintain all building at highest efficiency. Maintain longs on work requisitions and completion.Required Qualifications The Maintenance Supervisor must possess:High school diploma or Graduate of TechnologyMinimum of 5 years experience in a Maintenance job.Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for accurate and timely submission of reports, purchasing expenses, budget; fire inspections, project sheets and costs.Responsible for building compliance with all building and fire codes.Coordinates work with other departments so as not to interrupt resident care or normal business functions.Responsible for development of maintenance policy, procedure and maintain all warranties and diagrams on all buildings and equipment.Supervises all maintenance work.Any duties requested by supervisor.Performs other duties as directed or required; such as, lawn, sewer.Assist in going to HRRC.Maintenance at TLC.Full vaccination against COVID-19 or a medical/religious exemption is required.Salary/ Wage RangeCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.Benefits:Dental InsuranceHealth InsuranceVision InsuranceDisability InsuranceBasic Term Life and AD&D Insurance & Voluntary Term Life and AD&D InsuranceWellness ProgramPaid Time Off401(k)Accident coverage, Hospital Indemnity coverage & Critical Illness coverageSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityEducation:High school diploma or Graduate of TechnologyExperience:Minimum of 5 years experience in a Maintenance job.Work Location: One locationWe are committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace.
