Position: Inpatient Therapist/Social Worker (LSW) Location: Lorain, OH Job Id: 106 # of Openings: 1 Job Address: 3364 Kolbe Road Suite 209 Lorain, OH 44053 Full Time, Part Time, and PRN Positions Available Pay range: Full Time: $50k-$70k/annually Part Time: $24-$29/hr Sign On Bonus: $7,000 The Role Itself Collaborates with interdisciplinary team, ensuring effective communication. Conducts timely assessments, balancing workload among therapists. Applies appropriate therapeutic theory, considering cultural factors for group activities. Documents patient responses regularly, formulating treatment programs aligned with orders. Actively participates in treatment planning, providing effective therapy procedures. Ensures accurate paperwork completion, demonstrating crisis intervention skills when needed. Maintains constant communication with physicians, families, and referral sources.
