Adhere to all standards of patient care and promoting a team effort among co-workers. Collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidence based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.Patient Care Tech (PCT) - Job Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent or minimum score of Bronze on the Career Readiness Certification (CRC) certificate. If interested in obtaining CRC register as a Job Seeker at Experience: No minimum experience required. One (1) year experience preferred. Certifications: Current Arkansas nursing assistant certification preferred. BLS required. Safety Care Certification required within six (6) months.Patient Care Tech (PCT) - Safety Sensitive Designation: This position is deemed safety sensitive in accordance with Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana.
