Corporate Legal Recruiter

DescriptionWith our legal business continuing to expand, we’re looking for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our in-house corporate recruiting team.This is a full-cycle recruiting role for someone who brings energy, grit, and a consultative approach to talent acquisition. You’ll partner closely with hiring leaders to identify, attract, and hire talent supporting key growth initiatives across our legal businesses.You’ll support the national talent acquisition needs of our growing legal divisions.What You’ll Do: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing candidates Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define hiring criteria, and develop accurate and compelling job descriptions Proactively source and engage both active and passive talent through referrals, networking, technology, external recruiting partners, events, and other sourcing channels Optimize job postings and advertising strategies to attract qualified candidates Review applications, screen candidates, and identify the strongest talent for each opportunity Manage the interview process from start to finish, partnering with managers, directors, and other key stakeholders Build strong relationships with hiring managers and serve as a trusted recruiting partnerWhat You Bring: Energy, hustle, and a strong sense of accountability The ability to learn a business quickly and craft a compelling story for candidates An appetite for growth, ownership, and increased responsibility A collaborative mindset and natural ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentWhat We Offer: The innovation and pace of a start-up with the stability, benefits, and profitability of an established corporation A dynamic environment where you can make a direct impact on talent acquisition strategy and hiring initiatives Exposure to the legal, online media, and technology industries Competitive healthcare benefits and 401(k)Qualifications: 1+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience; legal recruiting experience preferred Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing (in-house or agency) Proficiency with social media, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skillsIn addition to our awesome culture, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the health and well-being of you and your family.
