Compensation: $55,000–$75,000 annually, plus commission/bonus potential and mileage reimbursement

In this field-based role, you will support designated accounts through business development, franchise owner coaching, quality assessments, and hands-on customer service.

Position Overview

• Territory: Boston Metro Area, primarily Middlesex and Essex counties.
• Compensation: $55,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience, plus commission/bonus potential and mileage reimbursement.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 8–10-hour days with scheduling flexibility.
• Additional Availability: Occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and night shifts as needed, including at customer request.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Owner Development & Support

• Help franchise owners succeed through training, ongoing coaching, and business growth support, with a strong focus on client retention.
• Visit franchisee accounts monthly or quarterly according to established schedules.
• Conduct service quality assessments and meet regularly with client contacts to strengthen relationships.
• Contact new clients within 24 hours of receiving notice of a new account and assist with account setup and onboarding.
• Conduct initial walkthrough assessments with prospective service providers to ensure they understand each account's requirements.
• Provide certification for new Franchise Owners and complete all required documentation.
• Maintain consistent communication with existing Certified Business Owners and conduct business reviews to support their progress.

Client Service & Account Management

• Review client needs for consumable supply orders.
• Address customer complaints through clear communication, practical solutions, and timely follow-through.
• Coordinate customer transfers between Certified Business Owners when necessary.
• Notify the Administrative Team and company owners of account transfers and support smooth transitions through walkthroughs and information sharing.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and franchise owners to support service quality, satisfaction, and long-term retention.

Qualifications & Experience

Preferred Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, restaurant or hospitality management, property management, janitorial services, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in janitorial services, maintenance, or restaurant/hospitality management preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage responsibilities without direct supervision.
• Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Franchise Owners, clients, and internal teams.
• Positive attitude, growth mindset, and enthusiasm for helping others succeed.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Availability by company-provided work phone after regular business hours, on weekends, and on holidays as needed.
• Flexibility to work occasional evening, weekend, or holiday shifts when required.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills preferred.
