Team intro Real Estate Planning & BP is responsible for regional workspace planning, coordination and demand management. Acts as the key bridge between business demand and real estate supply, ensuring key metrics and facilitating project implementation across regions. We are seeking a Real Estate Planning & BP Analyst to support the AMS region. This role sits within the Real Estate Planning & BP Global team, bridging business needs and workplace solutions. You will own end-to-end workspace planning, deeply understand business demands, drive spatial resource optimization, and partner closely with regional stakeholders, business teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver efficient, scalable, and business-aligned real estate solutions. The ideal candidate brings a blend of analytical rigor, real estate experience, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure that workplace solutions support business objectives efficiently.

Responsibilities - Manage workspace & seating planning for the AMS region, optimise allocation of space resources (e.g., workstations, meeting rooms, storage), ensuring alignment with business needs.

- Understand business requirements through regular communication and alignment with business partners (BU, functional teams, regional leads) to understand headcount plans, team structures, working models, and workplace priorities.

- Collect, analyze, and track space utilization, occupancy, and spatial data to identify inefficiencies, trends, and improvement opportunities for the AMS portfolio.

- Able to gain insights from planning dashboards, reports, and data tools to enable data-driven decision-making for regional portfolio strategy, space planning, and resource allocation.

- Translate business plans into actionable plans, ensuring workspace solutions are scalable, consistent, and aligned with global/regional standards.

- Support cross-regional alignment and global process standardization while adapting to AMS market differences and business characteristics.

- Drive operational excellence in planning delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality, and transparent communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Business Administration, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related fields.

- Demonstrated ability to organize information, analyze data, and complete documentation with high accuracy.

- Strong logical thinking, detail?oriented, and able to prioritize and deliver in a fast?paced environment.

- Proactive, clear communicator with strong cross?functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications - Experience or internship in planning analysis, program management, or project coordination is a plus

- Willing to travel occasionally for business needs.

- Self?driven, quick learner, able to work independently and as part of a global team.

Job Information

For Pay TransparencyCompensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $70304 - $104000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
