About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to lead commercial growth across biotech and small-to-mid-sized pharmaceutical organizations. The role owns revenue, account strategy, pipeline, and forecasting, while personally leading early-stage deals and building a high-performing commercial team. Responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategy, pricing, packaging, and sales channels; identifying priority use cases; and creating compelling commercial narratives and ROI frameworks. The leader will also partner with customer success to support deployment, retention, and account expansion. Candidates should have 15 or more years of commercial experience in biotech, specialty pharma, or small-to-mid-sized pharma, including senior sales leadership. A record of personally closing deals and achieving revenue targets, trusted executive-level industry relationships, and experience selling technology, platform, or service solutions into biopharma are required. Applicants should also have experience building and leading commercial teams in high-growth environments and be comfortable with significant ownership and limited structure. Experience with AI, digital health, SaaS, data platforms, biotech launches, patient services, or scaling an early-stage commercial function is preferred.
