Maintenance Asst

We are hiring a Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Department. Salary Range: $22.50 - $24.50 per hour Benefits UKG Wallet: Access earned wages before payday. Responsibilities As a Maintenance Assistant, you will ensure that the facility environment is clean, safe, and comfortable. You will operate, repair, and maintain boilers, compressors, generators, HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing systems in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1‑3 years of experience with boilers, compressors, generators, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, etc. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance practices. Licensed per applicable standards, codes, labor laws. Ability to plan and execute repair programs, new construction, equipment installation. Ability to control and track direct spending and labor budgets. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a healthcare facility.
