DESCRIPCIÓN DETALLADA DEL TRABAJO :
Los maquinistas dependen directamente de los jefes de turno del equipo y de los supervisores de turno, y serán responsables de las funciones específicas de las máquinas y de otras tareas que les sean asignadas.
REPORTAN A: Supervisores de turno y jefes de equipo
RESPONSABILIDADES :
- Manejar herramientas neumáticas y manuales, como fresadoras, taladros, rasquetas, herramientas de desbarbado y otras herramientas manuales básicas.
- Manejar maquinaria y equipos de acuerdo con las instrucciones y los procedimientos establecidos.
- Cargar y descargar equipos y materiales.
- Reportar problemas al supervisor y/o a los jefes de equipo.
- Cumplir con todas las reglamentaciones de seguridad y salud.
- Mantener una estación de trabajo limpia y organizada.
- Otras tareas/responsabilidades asignadas.
APTITUDES :
- Experiencia previa en el manejo de máquinas en una planta de producción, operaciones de planta o experiencia similar pertinente.
- Familiaridad con las herramientas y los equipos de la planta.
- Comprensión de los procesos de producción y fabricación
- Habilidad para levantar hasta 50 libras.
- Habilidad para agacharse, caminar o permanecer de pie durante largos períodos de tiempo (más de 8 horas).
- Habilidad para seguir instrucciones escritas y orales.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar por turnos (tarde o temprano, y horas extras, de ser necesario).
BENEFICIOS :
- Salario inicial: $17.00 por hora más .75 Prima para el turno de tarde
- Horas extras opcionales los viernes y sábados, incluido el pago de horas extras
