General Urologist - Outpatient-Focused Practice

Our organization is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologists to join our outpatient-centric urology practice located in Mishawaka, Indiana, just a short distance from the University of Notre Dame.

This position offers more than just a job; it presents a chance to provide high-quality, essential urology care in a community-oriented environment, with minimal on-call duties and a strong focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outpatient general urology services utilizing state-of-the-art facilities.
Conduct elective procedures with limited inpatient responsibilities.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient care.
Benefit from minimal on-call requirements, supported by a friendly team.
Contribute to the expansion and development of the urology service line throughout the region.
Employ DaVinci robotic technology for surgical procedures when preferred.

Qualifications:

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology.
A strong enthusiasm for outpatient medicine and a commitment to patient-centered care.
A keen interest in service line enhancement and program development.
Eligibility for medical licensure in Indiana and DEA registration.
