Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM Pacific Time Location: 100% fully remote. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: Support and validate lifecycle management of capitation agreements with providers Conduct analysis and reporting on performance of capitation agreements Interface with providers and senior leaders on performance lifecycle and revenue recovery Manage performance reporting and associated revenue recovery efforts Create and manage SQL queries What are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group? Required Qualifications: 3+ years of analytical experience in financial analysis, healthcare pricing, network management, healthcare economics or related discipline 2+ years of experience with financial modeling Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Excel and Word Intermediate level of proficiency with SQL (read/write) Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience with provider payment methodologies and healthcare products Intermediate level of ability to interpret and review financial modeling results to evaluate the financial impact of contract changes and develop forecasts *All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
