Registered Nurse Medical Surgical

Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a Medical Surgical role to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and necessary licensure, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer patient care by monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and supporting recovery processes.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately within medical records.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control procedures.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current licensure and certifications as required by state and facility policies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Current RN license to practice in Colorado.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 2 years of relevant healthcare experience preferred.
  
  
• 
  Specialty certification in relevant areas is preferred.
  
  
• 
  BLS certification required upon hire.
  
  
• 
  ACLS and PALS certifications required within 6 months of hire or upon commencement.
