Role snapshot

Location: Ellwood City, PA
Schedule: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (overtime may vary); occasional optional Saturdays 5:00 AM–1:00 PM
Compensation: $25.00–$35.00 per hour
Status: Permanent, full-time with overtime opportunities

A day in the life

You’ll keep our manufacturing equipment running at peak performance. From preventive care to urgent fixes, you’ll combine mechanical know-how with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.

Execute preventive maintenance: lubricate, clean, inspect, and service machinery on a set schedule to extend equipment life.
Diagnose root causes of malfunctions using systematic troubleshooting, manuals, and diagnostic tools—collaborating with teammates as needed.
Repair and restore equipment by replacing components, correcting mechanical/electrical faults, and performing calibrations or alignments.
Install and upgrade systems—retrofitting, adding automation, and implementing technology improvements for performance, efficiency, and safety.
Document work orders, repair logs, and equipment histories to inform planning and reveal recurring issues.
Work safely every time: follow lockout/tagout, wear proper PPE, and comply with all regulations and site standards.

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience spanning mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
High school diploma plus trade school certification or equivalent on‑the‑job training.
Comfort reading manuals/schematics and using diagnostic equipment.
Strong record-keeping habits and a safety-first mindset.
