Tax Senior Manager

We are looking for a Tax Senior Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. Our client is seeking an experienced Tax Senior Manager to lead income tax accounting and provision activities. This role is highly focused on ASC 740, income tax reporting, and tax strategy, with limited emphasis on hands‑on compliance. The position is hybrid, with an onsite presence in Downtown Columbus. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and oversee the preparation and review of the income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740 Manage current and deferred tax calculations, including uncertain tax positions Analyze tax impacts of business activities, transactions, and organizational changes Partner closely with accounting, finance, and leadership to support financial reporting Oversee tax portion of quarterly and annual financial statement reporting Review and manage work prepared by external tax advisors related to compliance Support audits by external auditors and taxing authorities as needed Monitor changes in tax law and assess impacts to the organization Assist with tax planning initiatives and process improvements What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field CPA required 8+ years of progressive corporate or public accounting tax experience Strong expertise in ASC 740 / income tax provision Experience managing income tax reporting in a complex environment Background in public accounting and/or corporate tax management preferred Ability to communicate technical tax concepts to non‑tax stakeholders Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills What Our Client Offers Hybrid work model with flexibility and collaboration High‑impact role supporting strategic financial decisions Opportunity to influence tax processes and reporting at a senior level Exposure to executive leadership and cross‑functional partners Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with senior leadership roles #J-18808-Ljbffr Ringside Talent Acquisition Partners
