Entry-Level Auto Finance Representative

Onsite | Irving, TX | Contract-to-Hire

$18.50–$23.50/hr

Ready to launch your career in the auto finance industry? We’re hiring multiple entry-level representatives across three departments, and we’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career.

We are hiring for three roles , and candidates should be open to any of these positions:

• Customer Accounts Representative
• Customer Care Representative
• Title Associate - Customer Support

You’ll receive full training, plus opportunities to cross-train and grow.

1. Customer Accounts Representative

Schedule:

• Mon–Fri: 8 AM–5 PM
• Two late shifts weekly: 11 AM–8 PM (never Fridays)
• Every other Saturday: 8 AM–12 PM
• One week each month: 7 AM–4 PM + Saturday 7 AM–12 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Make friendly, early-stage courtesy calls to customers 1–29 days past due on payments
• Help customers with payment setups, auto-pay enrollment, and account updates
• Assist with password resets or login issues
• No heavy collections. Escalation teams handle those accounts.

2. Customer Care Representative

Schedule:

• Mon–Fri: 8 AM–5 PM or 9 AM–6 PM
• One Saturday per month: 8 AM–12 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Take inbound calls and support customers with:
  • Account questions
  • Payment options
  • Title requests
  • Website/login help

3. Title Associate - Customer Support

Schedule:

• Mon–Fri: 8 AM–5 PM
• May occasionally work 7 AM–4 PM or 9 AM–6 PM
• Based on business needs, two Saturdays per month from 8 AM–12 PM may be required
• Up to 3 hours of overtime per week may be required based on business needs

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service support through approximately 10–20 inbound and outbound calls each day with customers, dealerships, and DMV offices
• Research and resolve title-related questions and issues
• Process title documents and assist with lien perfection
• Communicate with dealerships and state DMV offices to help resolve title issues
• Escalate more complicated issues to peers or leadership when necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner
• Identify recurring issues, process gaps, or trends and communicate findings to leadership
• Work independently while meeting productivity and quality expectations
• Collaborate with the team to meet departmental service goals

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1+ year of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and eager to grow
• Comfortable communicating with customers and handling detailed account information
• Able to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
• Open to being considered for Customer Accounts, Customer Care, or Title Associate based on experience and business needs

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of IRVING, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
