Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined educationExperience with identifying and resolving issuesExperience with risk and opportunity managementProficient with Microsoft Office suiteAbility to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance, thus requiring US CitizenshipDesired SkillsExcellent presentation, oral and written skills to facilitate effective and efficient technical and business interchanges with senior customer and managementOrganization and prioritization skills proven to integrate and coordinate a multitude of tasks Experience collaborating with various functional teamsDemonstrated ability to get results from teams without direct authorityAbility to operate in a dynamic environment and tackle numerous roles as part of the daily program operationsAbility to build relationships across organizations internally within LM and externally with customers to achieve organizational and program goalsGeneral understanding and application of data visualizationExperience with Collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint Active TOP SECRET security clearancePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
