Assume oversight of our Cytogenetics laboratory, including administrative, personnel and technical duties. This is a day shift position, Monday - Friday with some on-call responsibility, located at our NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Medical Center campus on Manhattan's upper east side. Location: New York, New York Shift: Day (United States of America) Preferred Criteria 3-5 years supervisory experience Master's degree preferred ASCP certification Required Criteria Cytogenetics Experience Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or other related field New York State license as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist 4 years of experience or 2 years of experience with a Master's degree per NYS supervisory requirements Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
