Business Operations Specialist

Pride Health is hiring a Business Operations Specialist to support our client's healthcare facility in Las Vegas, NV 89128.

Job Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM .
Location: Las Vegas, NV 89128.
Job Type: Contract
Contract Length: 6 months (with possible extension or conversion)
Pay Rate: $15/hr.
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.


Note: Saturday: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM , 1-2 Saturdays per mont h. If scheduled Saturday, one weekday off will be provided.

Duties:

• Print, fold, sort, and insert medical-related letters and documents according to established workflow procedures.
• Transfer and organize files between designated network folders while maintaining accurate file management.
• Prepare packages, letters, and medical correspondence for shipping and mailing.
• Track daily workflow activity and provide accurate status reports to management.
• Communicate professionally with business partners via email regarding workflow issues, production concerns, and required resolutions.
• Perform quality control checks on printed materials, letters, and document workflows to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

• Education: Highschool/GED or equivalent
• Years of experience: 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Word and Excel .
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
