Graphic Designer

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who understands strong visual storytelling, loves nightlife and music culture, and can help bring our venues, events, and brands to life through design. As the Graphic Designer for Space Invaders events and venues, you'll drive digital and print media design across diverse platforms. You'll shape materials within established style guidelines, elevate existing brand identities, and craft new ones that resonate with our audience. You'll maintain high standards of quality and organization, meet deadlines, and retouch artwork to align with creative direction and production specs. You'll brainstorm with the marketing team and collaborate across departments to build graphic communications that meet project objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Miami. What You'll Do Drive the design of digital and print media for internal and external purposes across diverse platforms Shape materials within established style guidelines to align with brand identity, elevate existing brand identities, and craft new ones that resonate with our audience Uphold high standards of quality and organization within the team, ensuring consistency and excellence in all design deliverables Meet deadlines and deliverables on time, every time Skillfully retouch artwork in alignment with creative directives, production specifications, and quality expectations Brainstorm with the marketing team, contributing creative ideas and solutions that meet project objectives Collaborate across departments to conceptualize innovative graphic communications that convey key messages and enhance the overall guest experience Who You Are You design for a room that's moving. You know a flyer, a stage screen, and a story frame are three different problems, and you solve all three without losing the brand. You have 2+ years as a graphic designer, ideally inside entertainment, nightlife, or hospitality, plus a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field You live in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and pick up new tools without being handed a manual Your portfolio spans digital and print, and shows range instead of one signature trick You have a real point of view and the eye to back it up, down to the kerning nobody else noticed You can take a brief or a round of feedback and turn it into work that solves the actual objective You run independently when it's your project, and plug in cleanly when it's someone else's You care about nightlife culture, music events, and what design does to a guest's night You're flexible for nights, weekends, and select holidays when the event calendar calls for it You're authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship) #J-18808-Ljbffr Club Space
