About the Position:

We are currently in need of a motivated Parts Specialist. We need someone who is organized and has excellent communication skills. A positive attitude goes a long way in filling this position!

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist customers in identifying specific parts, lubricants, accessories and other support materials or substitutes for such parts/accessories.
• Track lost sales and report inventory discrepancies, distribute special order parts, place parts on invoice or repair order.
• Distribute special order parts, receive warranty parts, maintain shelf stock and keep counter sales area clean, clear and neat.
• Assist in stocking parts, keeping all parts areas neatly organized, maintain clean work areas and displays.
• Following company policies / procedures and standard operating procedures for parts

Qualifications and Skills:

• Parts experience / warehouse experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Ability to pass background check and drug test required
• Valid Driver's License required
• Good attitude and a positive contributor to our service team required

Our passion is Agriculture, tracing back to 1912 when Reier and Betsy Torgerson first farmed the land here and
established the first store in Ethridge, Montana in 1912, "The Ethridge Implement House". Their son Lloyd worked
at the store with them and took over the business in the late 1930's. The original store operated as a mercantile
store selling appliances, trucks and even airplanes until the 1960's when it became a pure farm implement dealer.
We believe our unique ownership of both farms and implement dealer sets us apart with the ability to see firsthand what
farmers and producers need to make them successful. We continue to operate a family farm in Ethridge, Montana and
Havre, Montana while continually working on improving farming processes with innovation and modern technology.
