Requirements Master's degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline Minimum of ten years of experience, at least five of those years must include engineering or technical management with the U.S. Navy or other Department of Defense programs Demonstrated experience as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the entire contracted effort overseeing multiple areas Demonstrated experience successfully managing execution of contract requirements Demonstrated experience as the primary interface and point of contact with the Government COR on technical and project issues Allowable master's degree substitution is a bachelor's degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline with 14 years of experience, at least five of those years must include engineering or technical management with the U.S. Navy or other Department of Defense programs Secret Security Clearance required Desired Skills Program management experience in direct support of NAWCAD WOLF Clearance Information SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL Travel Requirements Less than 15 business days per calendar year Benefits SRC offers a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with a company match, life insurance, vacation and sick paid time off accruals starting at 10 days of vacation and 5 days of sick leave annually, 11 paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and a work environment that encourages excellence and more.
