Registered Nurse (RN) | Women's Center

Role: Provides comprehensive nursing care in a multidisciplinary team, supporting patients and families through physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual assistance. Responsibilities: Develops and implements nursing care plans based on medical histories and assessments; communicates and coordinates with healthcare team; educates patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care; monitors patient progress, re-evaluates care objectives, and modifies plans as needed; maintains a safe environment by following infection control and safety protocols; documents patient care; manages supplies and equipment; maintains professional competence. Qualifications: Active RN license in the practice state; effective communication and visual acuity. Preferred 1-3 years clinical experience. Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care aligned with organizational values.
