We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our pediatric dental team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and is committed to creating a positive, comfortable, and fun dental experience for young patients. This role involves assisting the dentist during procedures, educating patients and parents, and ensuring efficient clinical operations.

Job Description Key Responsibilities
Assist the pediatric dentist during examinations and dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control standards
Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as permitted by state regulations
Help children feel comfortable and at ease during dental visits
Provide patient and parent education on oral hygiene and preventive care
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
Assist with coronal polishing, sealants, fluoride treatments, and other duties permitted by state regulations
Monitor inventory and maintain dental supplies
Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
Support a positive, child-friendly environment for patients and families
full-time $26 - $30 per hour

Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday: 8AM-5PM
Thursday: 8AM-5PM
Friday: 8AM-5PM
- Experienced Dental Assistant (1+ years)
- Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant
At least 12 months of hands-on pediatric experience is necessary.
