Acquisition Specialist

Job DescriptionEagle Harbor, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an Acquisition Specialist / Technical Writer. Position Responsibilities Develop, review, and refine Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), Statements of Objectives (SOOs), and related acquisition documentation. Support market research, acquisition planning, and procurement package development. Assist with preparation of acquisition strategies, Independent Government Estimates (IGEs), and Justification and Approval (J&A) documents. Prepare, edit, and maintain technical reports, project documentation, requirements documents, risk assessments, and change management documentation. Coordinate with program managers, engineers, contracting officers, and other stakeholders to support acquisition milestones and deliverables. Track acquisition activities, contract actions, modifications, and supporting documentation. Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency acquisition policies. Maintain document quality, consistency, formatting, and version control. Position Requirements Active Top Secret Security Clearance. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in federal acquisition processes and technical writing. Demonstrated experience developing acquisition documentation including SOWs, PWSs, SOOs, acquisition plans, market research reports, and solicitation packages. Strong technical writing, editing, and document management skills. Security Requirements Background check Top Secret Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements. Must be a US with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
