Factory Worker

Factory Workers Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring Factory Workers for a large, well-known client in Defiance, OH. As a Factory Worker you will be an essential part of our clients core operations, ensuring that quality product is produced, assembled, packaged, and ready for delivery to the end customer. Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include: This position operates on a 12-hour shift schedule on a 2 week rotation. Assigned workdays are based on the crew you join at the start of employment. Day shift 6am - 6pm Night shift 6pm - 6am Requirements of the Job: Pick, pull, and prepare orders while maintaining an organized shipping and receiving area. Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and report any unsafe work area conditions Perform basic assembling, machine operating and material handling. Use an RF Scanner Perform pre-assembly set-up and functions as required. Ensure product and process quality through appropriate inspection and packing process. Maintain efficiency and follow safety protocols at all times. Stack, pack, count, and label completed parts that are ready for distribution. Required Qualifications: Previous warehouse experience and/or training preferred. High attention to detail and safety/compliance. Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement. Ability to work overtime as needed.
