Associate Attorney - Litigation

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join a growing litigation practice in Dallas, TX. This opportunity is ideal for a strong litigator who enjoys handling complex matters, developing legal strategies, and advocating for clients throughout the litigation process. The practice offers flexibility in workload and career development, with an emphasis on maintaining a manageable caseload while delivering high-quality legal work.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of litigation experience, with demonstrated success in court hearings and trials preferred.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
• Strong oral advocacy and exceptional legal writing skills.
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload with limited supervision.
• Strong commitment to client service and professional excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation matters from intake through appeal.
• Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Draft persuasive motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and provide strategic legal advice.
• Handle matters primarily involving real estate and business disputes.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and other parties throughout the litigation process.
