CNA Responsibilities Provide hands-on care and support to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene Assist with transfers, mobility, ambulation, and repositioning Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs Take and record vital signs as directed Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members Qualifications Current CNA certification in the State of Ohio Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Strong communication and teamwork skills New and experienced CNAs are encouraged to apply Why Louisville Gardens?
