As a full-time agent you will have a direct impact on helping individuals, families, and small businesses protect what they have and grow what they dont.
We provide our agents with on going professional development and training support to guide their path to success. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and pass the Property and Casualty/Life and Health exams.This is a full time position that has a base salary, commission, bonuses and offers benefits.
Job Responsibilities

Meet production goals and objectives we outline.
Used a multifaceted approach to prospective customers: Outbound phone calls, texting, networking, and other lead generating sources.
Create insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close business.
Learn and maintain knowledge of new products and services we offer.
Be committed to building long-term relationships that go beyond the business.
Respond to inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests as soon as possible or at worst within a 24 hour period.
Ask our clients how we can help them grow/support their business.
Treat each customer like a family member that you like.
Job Requirements
Candidate must obtain Property & Casualty/Life & Health Insurance licenses
Candidate must pass a background check
