Responsibilities Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Implement individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, gait training, and functional independence Monitor patient progress and communicate changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary care team Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety precautions, and home programs Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with all regulatory and agency requirements Qualifications Maryland Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License CPR certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 1–2 years of clinical experience (preferred) Excellent communication and organizational skills Passion for home health care Schedule Monday - Friday; 8:00am-4:30pm with occasional weekend rotation Compensation $81,432 per year Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate Work Location Out in the field providing patient visits (home) Coverage Area Upper Prince George's County - grouped by zip codes, primarily covering College Park/Hyattsville Productivity Requirement 27 points per week Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous paid time off and holidays 403(b) retirement plan with a 6% company match Tuition assistance Employee recognition and referral bonus programs Technology Homecare Homebase EMR Company-issued Galaxy Note Apply Today Join our team and make a lasting impact on the lives of your patients! #J-18808-Ljbffr Resource 1 Home Staffing
