FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY

Family Law Attorney
Previous family law experience (preferred)
Previous experience with Special Juvenile Immigrant cases (preferred)
Current member in good standing with the Colorado bar
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Draft correspondence and pleadings
Conduct research and maintain competence
Engage in client communication and counseling
Conduct witness interviews and prep
Prepare cases for discovery and trial
Make court appearances
Negotiate and draft agreements
Communicate with opposing counsel and the courts
Work closely with managing attorney, partner attorneys, other associates, and paralegals
Develop case strategies and tactics to effectively represent clients
Communicate consistently with clients
Spanish speaking preferred
