Job Title Plumber Steamfitter Senior Position Information Position Type: Full-time Staff (Classified) Position Status: Full-Time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt: Eligible for Overtime Pay Band: 3 Pay Range: $52,000 - $60,000 General Information James Madison University's Facilities Management is accepting applications for a Plumber Steamfitter Senior to perform Master level technical tasks in plumbing, gas, fire sprinkler, and steamfitting trades. This position requires participation in an on-call rotation. Duties and Responsibilities Participates as a member of a team providing plumbing, steam, and other trade services to complete assigned projects Services, maintains, inspects, and repairs plumbing, steam, fire sprinkler, food service, heating, and other equipment as assigned Installs plumbing, steam, or other equipment as assigned.
