We believe teamwork is key, quality is essential, and every employee makes a difference in the experience we provide to our patients and one another.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Allergy Regional Supervisor to provide leadership, operational oversight, and support for our Allergy Department and assigned locations.This position plays an important role in ensuring that our Allergy teams operate efficiently, consistently follow established clinical and administrative processes, and provide an exceptional patient experience. The Regional Supervisor works closely with physicians, clinical and administrative staff, the Allergy Practice Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and other departments to support growth, quality, compliance, and overall practice success.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance patient care, employee development, operational performance, and the day-to-day needs of multiple locations.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team DevelopmentProvide leadership, direction, and operational support to Allergy teams across assigned locations.Create and maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment for staff and physicians.Coach, mentor, motivate, and develop employees to reach their full potential.Support new-hire onboarding and ensure appropriate training is completed.Establish clear performance expectations and monitor employee productivity and progress.Complete 30-, 60-, and 90-day evaluations as well as annual performance reviews in a timely manner.Address employee concerns, performance issues, and grievances in accordance with organizational policies, involving Human Resources as appropriate.Assess current and future staffing needs based on practice goals and patient volume.Conduct regular staff and departmental meetings and participate in supervisor meetings and assigned committees.Allergy Operations & Clinical SupportOversee daily Allergy operations across multiple locations.Ensure staff consistently follow established Allergy protocols, workflows, and documentation requirements.Provide training and ongoing support to clinical staff related to allergy testing, treatment, and daily responsibilities.Serve as an Allergy Technician when needed to support patient care and staffing needs.Monitor patient flow and work with teams to ensure efficient use of schedules and resources.Review Allergy schedules to maximize patient visits and support departmental volume goals.Ensure required clinical and operational checklists are completed accurately and consistently.Review clerical and clinical reports to identify errors, trends, and opportunities for improvement.Investigate and resolve missing charges and other operational discrepancies.Maintain a high standard of patient satisfaction and service.Administrative & Business OperationsEnsure patient demographics, insurance information, and other registration information are accurate and maintained in the EMR.Manage ordering and inventory of medical and office supplies.Maintain accurate inventory and personnel records.Assist with HR and payroll responsibilities for assigned staff.Coordinate benefit enrollment and ensure required documentation is completed and submitted appropriately.Coordinate office equipment maintenance and facility repairs.Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.Work closely with the Allergy Practice Manager and departments such as Human Resources, Billing, and Accounts Payable to provide requested information promptly.Monitor and respond to company-related emails and communications in a timely manner.Maintain knowledge of organizational systems, including registration systems, EMR, payroll, training platforms, Microsoft Office, and departmental workflows.Compliance, Safety & QualitySupport and enforce organizational policies, procedures, quality improvement initiatives, safety standards, and infection-control requirements.Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and organizational requirements.Oversee completion of required annual staff training, including OSHA, Compliance, Biomedical Waste, Infection Control, BLS/ACLS, and other applicable requirements.Monitor required licenses and certifications for applicable staff.Conduct and document quarterly safety and emergency drills.Prepare assigned staff and locations for potential weather-related emergencies and disasters.Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, quality, and patient service.Growth & Community EngagementPartner with leadership to support Allergy department growth and operational goals.Develop and implement effective marketing initiatives designed to increase appointment volume and strengthen the department's reputation within the community.Use strategic thinking and operational decision-making to support the mission and goals of the organization.Patient & Provider SupportMaintain strong working relationships with physicians, providers, staff, and other departments.Respond appropriately and timely to patient calls, correspondence, and concerns.Work collaboratively with providers and leadership to address operational needs.Maintain a high level of professionalism and patient service in every interaction.Step in and provide hands-on support when needed to ensure the department continues to operate effectively.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a leader who is:Accountable - Understands that every operational decision ultimately impacts the patient experience.Hands-on - Willing to jump in and support the team when needed.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience.Healthcare or medical practice experience preferred.Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize competing demands.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.Ability and willingness to travel between assigned locations as practice needs require.Physical & Work EnvironmentThis position works primarily in a professional medical office environment and routinely uses computers, telephones, scanners, photocopiers, and practice-management software.The position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, speak, listen, use hands for keyboarding and other office tasks, and reach with hands and arms. The employee may frequently lift or move items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.This position is classified as OSHA Clinical. The position performs a task that does involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues, and employment does require performing unplanned Category I procedures.
