Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Mental Health Therapist to join our practice on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children and families, committed to evidence-based care, and excited to contribute to a growing team. This role is ideal for clinicians looking for flexibility, connection, and a supportive therapeutic community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy (primarily children and adolescents; some adults as needed)

• Conduct intake assessments and create treatment plans

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with caregivers, school staff, and other providers when appropriate

• Participate in case consultation and team meetings

• Maintain ethical and professional standards consistent with licensing requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field

• Active clinical license or license-eligible (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent)

• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills

• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team

• Afternoon/evening availability required
