Product Analytics Data Scientist

About We're looking for an experienced Product Analytics Data Scientist who enjoys solving complex business problems with data. You'll partner closely with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze product performance, design experiments, uncover customer insights, and help shape product decisions. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong statistical thinking, hands-on technical skills, and business curiosity to turn data into meaningful product improvements. What You'll Do Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to solve product and business challenges Analyze customer behavior and product performance to uncover actionable insights Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests and experimentation frameworks Build scalable analyses using SQL, Python, and modern AI-assisted workflows Develop dashboards and visualizations that communicate business performance Apply statistical methods and causal inference techniques to answer complex questions Translate analytical findings into recommendations for technical and business audiences Improve analytics processes through automation and AI-powered productivity tools What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in product analytics or data science within a SaaS environment Strong SQL and Python skills Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests Solid foundation in statistics and experimental design Experience creating dashboards using Tableau or similar visualization platforms Familiarity with causal inference or advanced statistical methodologies Experience using AI coding and productivity tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
