Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift

What You Will Do: You will all facets of production support You will conduct repairs when production is completed You will manage the maintenance staff 7-8 technicians You will maintain staff efforts throughout the day, ensuring staff remains productive and engaged You will prioritize, issue, and assign work orders You will conduct weekly reviews of work orders You will be responsible for labor budget and minimizing You will approve time clock punches; vacations; coverage for vacations; and managing call outs What You Need: Maintenance leadership as a Lead, Supervisor, or Manager Ability to work a 2nd shift schedule 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Mon-Fri OR option for 3rd shift 11:00 pm -7:30 am Utilization of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Maintenance planning/scheduling of work orders and maintenance resources Organized, leadership, strong mechanical skills, computer skills with Microsoft Office
