Territory Manager - Roanoke/Charlottesville/Lynchburg

Becton Dickinson seeks a Territory Manager for Vascular Access in the Roanoke, Charlottesville, and Lynchburg areas. The role involves driving sales strategy, coordinating with hospital partners on training needs, managing customer relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the territory. A bachelor's degree and three years of medical device sales experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve predetermined revenue goals in assigned territory
• Identify staffing needs at local hospitals and coordinate implementation of training programs
• Visit existing and prospective customers to provide product education and manage contracts
• Monitor revenue drivers and expense management while identifying business performance threats
• Maintain inventory levels and manage distribution partnerships across territory facilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum three years sales experience, preferably medical device sales
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Hospital account management experience preferred
• Strong leadership capabilities across cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of medical devices, technology, products, and systems
