Job Details Job Location: 034761 - Mays Landing, NJ 08330 Position Type: Team Member Salary Range: $15.92 - $18.00 hourly Responsibilities Cooperation with Peers Work with fellow employees as part of a team and helps others when they need a hand. Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude with co‑workers. Help new employees through training and orientation. Demonstrate patience and understanding when training others. Keep other employees informed about what he/she is doing. Attendance Understand posted work schedule and report to work as scheduled, on time, in uniform and ready to begin tasks. Provide appropriate notice when unable to be at work. Provide written notice for being late or absent as required. Understand and use approved time‑keeping system. Cooperation with Management Show a positive and enthusiastic attitude with management. Adjust positively to requests for change from managers. Accept procedural changes positively and without loss of effectiveness. Alert management to station needs. Anticipate problems and bring them to management’s attention. Follow through with all commitments made. Initiative and Energy Help others when needed without being asked. Demonstrate a sense of urgency on the job, especially when it relates to pleasing the customer. Be effective working on more than one task at a time. Finish tasks completely once begun. Suggest ideas for solving problems, improving procedures, etc. Qualifications and Pay and Benefits Part‑time Employees (30 hours a week or less) Wage rate: $15.49 to $18.00. NJ Sick Leave: accrue 1 hour of earned sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 40 hours per benefit year. Eligible for period bonus if store achieves desired goals. Full‑time Employees (32 hours a week or more) Wage rate: $15.49 to $19.00. NJ Sick Leave: accrue 1 hour of earned sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 40 hours per benefit year.
